Michelle Cole-Kennedy has been a member of TIWA since 2003.

In her role as Recording Secretary, Michelle records, keeps and distributes the minutes of the business and executives meetings.

Michelle has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry and has worked at both the broker and company level.  She is currently a managing partner at Pathways Partner Limited an insurance consulting company.
