Michelle Cole-Kennedy has been a member of TIWA since 2003.
In her role as President,

Michelle will preside at all meetings of the Association and of the Executive Board,
Call all Meetings of the Association and Executive Board, with the advice and consent of the elected officer - appoint the chairperson of all Committees,
and of any Special Committees deemed necessary, Appoint the Parliamentarian, Be a member ex officio of all committees except the Nominating Committee,
Perform such other duties as may be incidental to the Office of President and Consult with the Treasurer with respect to the appointment of the outside Auditor

Besides her duties to TIWA, Michelle is also a member of the Board of Directors for the East Scarborough Boys and Girls Club,
The Scarborough Blizzard Youth Soccer Club and the Lluidas Vale Association.

Michelle has over 23 years experience in the insurance industry and has worked at both the broker and company level.
She is currently a managing partner at Pathways Partner Limited an insurance consulting company.
