The
annual TIWA
Wine & Cheese Reception, known
by many as simply “TIWA”, is our
signature event of the year. The
event has sold out many times, boasting an annual attendance of over 2,000. Open to everyone in the insurance and related industries, it is one of the
premier networking opportunities in the insurance industry. TIWA reaches it's
50th year in 2010...come celebrate with us...

The
first reception was held in 1976 in an area of Union Station, which no longer
exists. Forty-seven people
attended the inaugural event. Over the years, it moved to a number of venues
including the Roehampton Hotel and the esteemed Royal York Hotel.
Due to it's grown in size and popularity, it was held at the
Toronto Metro Convention Centre as of it's last event in February 2009. TIWA
now proudly offers a wide variety of delicious hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, a
host wine bar and complimentary soft drinks.
Due
to the popularity of this event, we suggest you get your tickets early. The order form and payment options will be available on-line
in the fall for the upcoming event, which will be held on Thursday, February 04,
